Every form is declared as data and rendered as a multi-step flow; a new form fails type-checking until its email routing is defined.
11-Language Locale Negotiation
Cookie, then Accept-Language, then Arabic default, with canonical URL redirects, and all 11 dictionaries type-checked against the Arabic structure.
Submission Pipeline
Best-effort CRM sync with file uploads, unique reference numbers, admin emails routed to one of six inboxes with attachments, and a localized confirmation email.
Referral Tracking
Promoter and agent codes from the URL are captured and forwarded to the CRM with each submission.
