Funding Application Journey
Four forms share one endpoint and one set of validation rules used by both browser and server, so limits like the 5,000,000 AED minimum cannot be bypassed. Documents upload in the same request and each submission gets a reference such as KIB-2026-000123.
Role-Based Staff Back Office
Admin, manager and employee roles, with employees limited to the forms they are allowed to see. Roles are re-read on every request, so revoking access takes effect immediately.
Passwordless Client Portal
Clients sign in with a 6-digit email code (hashed, single-use, valid for 10 minutes), can then set a password, and only ever see requests filed under their own email.
Hardened Authentication
scrypt password hashing with constant-time comparison, and separate staff and client sessions with different cookies, secrets and JWT audiences.
Self-Checking Deployments
Idempotent, concurrency-safe migrations run on boot, along with a check that the upload directory sits on a persistent volume, so a misconfigured deploy is caught before documents are lost.

Articles are generated and published straight from an n8n workflow through a secured ingest API.
